Two things.Because it's honestly a tie.
I've never felt more naturally gifted than I did on horseback (and was told I had that natural talent, as well).
And that day they pleaded with me to fall in for a girl who'd (sadly) had a burn-out, I had to know my script within three days, act a part and sing a solo as well, I'm still very glad I said yes.
And neither's impossible, really.
I just have to /do/ it.

Maria Callas was once asked to fall in for a soprano who couldn't do an opera in Italy. First performance within a week, she never sung it. Virtually impossible. She did it anyway. You reminded me of that...
ReplyDeleteYou should do that in Texas, Colorado or California someday. Just ride through the hill and mountains on stuff for hours. I used to do that all the time when I was a kid.
